Christmas Message to Shareholders

With a successful field season in China coming to an end on Sunday, it is an appropriate time to review progress.

The completion of a very intense period of activity through the 2007 field season has resulted in the generation of a large amounts geological, geophysical and geochemical data. The geological team is now focussed on analysis of this data and planning for the resumption of the field program in mid-March. Drilling rigs have been secured.

The technical team is being increased in size for the New Year and a second field camp is being set up at Wudan in the Chifeng district near Bu Dun Hua.

2007 has been an important year for King Solomon with the company significantly advancing its project portfolio. The company has maintained a high level of activity throughout the season, focused on establishing a full inventory of prospective targets across its project portfolio. A total of 16 diamond holes were drilled at Marmot Ridge and Wuritu comprising just over 4,200 metres. Assays are awaited on the last 3 holes from Marmot Ridge, the last hole from Wuritu and on sampling programs at a number of projects. We will update you with these results in the next Quarterly report in January.

The work has resulted in a number of new mineralisation discoveries and attention will move towards full testing of these along with continued advancement of the Marmot Ridge copper-molybdenum project through 2008.
